Radio City Christmas Spectacular Shows on Sunday, December 20 Are Cancelled

Washington, D.C. - The Radio City Christmas Spectacular shows on Sunday, December 20 at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. are cancelled. The private, USO "A Salute to Our Troops" special performance, Sunday, December 20 at 7:00 p.m. has also been cancelled.

Refunds for the cancelled shows on Saturday, December 19 at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and the Sunday, December 20 shows at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. that were purchased through Ticketmaster online or via Phonecharge, will have their accounts automatically credited. If the tickets were not purchased through Ticketmaster then you must go to the original point of purchase. Refunds for purchases at the Verizon Center Box Office or Ticketmaster Outlets will begin on Tuesday, December 22 and must be completed by Friday, January 15.

If ticket holders with unused tickets from the Saturday, December 19 show at 1:00 p.m. would like to obtain a refund and your tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster online or via Phonecharge please call Ticketmaster Customer Service at 301-808-2405. If you purchased your tickets in any other fashion, you must return to your original place of purchase for a refund starting Tuesday, December 22, and must be completed by Friday, January 15.

Any tickets previously exchanged for the Friday, December 18 performances will not be refunded.
